Born in 1967, Millie Stephanie graduated from Menlo College in Atherton and obtained her degree of science in 1989. Then she earned her Master of Business Administration at the Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Stephanie began her career as a Public Relations Officer of Red Cross in California in 1986. After working for Thomas Campbell Congressional Campaign as Assistant Field Manager, she was appointed as Assistant Consultant of Regis Mckenna Inc., one of the top 50 public relations company in United States of America and was responsible for heading a team of researches to launch a certain product to the market including Macintosh computer.

Stephanie has been the publisher of Indonesia Tatler, a license magazine of Edipresse, and also the publisher of lifestyle magazine of Indonesian local banks since 1990.
